Network: refugioriocisnes.com/welcome. Password: it’s an open network, you don’t need a password to connect. Keep in mind this is limited WiFi — enough to let people know you’ve arrived safely, not intended for work. If no one greeted you, visit our Welcome page to check yourself in.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm. Check-out: by noon. Arriving later? Late check-in is available on request — message us on WhatsApp to coordinate it.

What Happens if the CONAF Campground in Queulat Is Closed?

Queulat National Park closes or has limited hours in low season. We’re a year-round lodging and camping alternative, about 70 km from the park — check our How to Get Here page for more details.

Do You Accept Pets?

Yes, we welcome pets. However, we’re in a rural, countryside setting where other domestic, farm or wild animals may be present, so we can’t guarantee a fully controlled space for them.

Each owner or guardian is responsible for their pet’s care, supervision and behavior throughout the stay, as well as for any damage it may cause. Likewise, they should take the necessary precautions against the risks inherent to a rural setting.

We ask that you always practice responsible pet ownership: pick up after your pet, avoid disturbing other guests or animals, keep it under control when appropriate, and comply with the general obligations of responsible pet ownership.

Nature and Safety

  • Campfires only in designated areas — high fire risk in the native forest during summer, always check first
  • Fishing requires a valid Sernapesca license — ask us how to get one
  • Don’t add wood to the stove or handle it without checking with your host first
  • Keep your pets under control at all times; ask about our pet policy when booking
