Welcome to Refugio Río Cisnes!

If you're reading this, you've just connected to our WiFi — you made it! We're a family-run, off-grid refuge on the banks of the Río Cisnes, right on the Carretera Austral. There may not be anyone at reception right now, but don't worry: here we're all friends, and we've left everything you need to settle in on your own while someone comes to say hello.

No one at reception? You can check yourself in

No problem — follow these steps to get settled without waiting for someone to greet you:

• Check in: complete your arrival registration at How to Book — let us know who arrived and to which site or room.
• Rules: check our quick rules — 10 simple points to keep things running smoothly for everyone. The full house rules and terms are also available if you need them.
• Pay: you can pay for your stay online right here → Pay now.
• Explore: further down this same page you'll find the interactive map of the refuge to find your campsite or the Guesthouse.

While you settle in, stop by our café and pizzeria — fresh-ground coffee and wood-fired pizza, based on seasonal availability.

Hours and contact

Check-in: between 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm. Check-out: until noon. If you need to arrange a different time, message us on WhatsApp.

With a little exploring you'll easily find your campsite or the Guesthouse — and if you're unsure, any other guest around can point you in the right direction. Here we're all friends.
